The electric wire saw system LWCE 200 masters the most demanding tasks when sawing concrete up to a structure circumference of 11 m. The efficient, long-lasting solution for the constantly changing requirements on the construction site can be easily transported and quickly installed. The diamond saw cuts dimensionally accurate cable openings in concrete of any shape with an almost unlimited cutting depth. The electric wire saw is driven by a 400 V motor – 8 kW (at 16 A) or 17 kW (at 32 A).

The diamond wire saw for concrete can be used universally for demolition and renovation work as well as for sawing openings, pipes, pillars and foundations The saw can be placed directly on the surface to be cut and in just a few minutes converted into a drill stand. The simple operation and easy handling of the cable storage system speeds up the progress of work. Sensitive control of the main electrical and feed motors ensures extremely gentle sawing which reduces strain on the cable.

The electric wire saw has an extremely large wire storage unit with a very long stroke for the optimum utilisation of the total rope length of 14.2 m. The two drive rollers and the pulleys are 200 mm diameter. The wire saw is designed for diamond wires of 11 mm diameter (sintered) or 10 mm diameter (electroplated). The modular expandable system can optionally converted to hydraulic drive with a special kit.
