AEMCO always believes we have to bring the latest technology to our customers in Saudi
Arabia. We demonstrate and educate our customers on how these GRACO Paint Sprayer
equipment helps to save money, time and effort.
AEMCO is committed to bringing the latest coating technologies to its customers in Saudi
Arabia. By introducing Graco Industrial Plural-Component Sprayers, AEMCO enables industries to enhance efficiency, reduce labour efforts, and improve application precision. We educate our clients on how these advanced two-component paint sprayers optimize performance, lower costs, and ensure superior quality in protective coatings.
Plural-component sprayers are designed for applying two-component coatings, such as epoxies, urethanes, and polyureas, which require precise mixing before application. Unlike single-component sprayers, these systems automatically mix and apply coatings, eliminating manual errors and ensuring consistency.
Industries Benefiting from Graco Plural-Component Sprayers:
● Oil & Gas: Protects pipelines and tanks with high-performance coatings.
● Marine: Ensures corrosion resistance for ships and offshore structures.
● Automotive: Enhances durability with advanced protective coatings.
● Infrastructure: Improves longevity in bridges, buildings, and industrial equipment.
Graco Industrial Plural-Component Paint Sprayers are preferred for their precise mix ratios, high
efficiency, and reduced material wastage, making them a top choice for industrial coatings in
Saudi Arabia.
GRACO Plural-component sprayers offered by Aemco revolutionize protective coating applications in Saudi Arabia by streamlining pumping, mixing, and atomizing processes.
Contractors across various industries in Saudi benefit from the enhanced efficiency and quality these sprayers offer, eliminating manual component mixing and optimizing labor resources.
The integration of high-flow features elevates the performance of Graco plural-component sprayers to new heights. Models like the Graco XP50s-hf and XP70s-hf series leverage advanced components such as the XL10000 air motor, robust heaters, and heated tanks. This technological advancement empowers contractors to expedite project timelines, enhance productivity, and prolong equipment lifespan significantly.
The original plural-component XP50 and XP70 sprayers, launched between 2010 and 2012, are tailored to manage high-viscosity coatings containing up to 100-percent solids. In Saudi Arabia, for extensive projects demanding large spray tips or multiple guns, the new skid-based XP50s-hf and XP70s-hf offer the capability for multiple-component spraying and increased high-flow capacities.
The system features two heated tanks that pre-condition components, maintaining optimal temperature and viscosity for a more efficient spraying application. Equipped with high-wattage heaters (5,400 W), it achieves faster heat-up times. Additionally, the lower pressure drop allows coatings to be applied at lower pressures than ever before.
Instead of time mixing components with short pot life, operators can concentrate on applying coatings while the sprayer handle continuously manages the mixing process.
With the integration of the XL10000 motor and advanced engineering upgrades, the system delivers increased flow capacity, enabling the ability to use multiple spray guns or larger tip sizes. The XP50s-hf operates at pressures up to 5,000 psi, delivering 4 gallons per minute, while the XP70s-hf provides pressure up to 7,250 psi and delivers 3 gallons per minute. Ultimately, these upgrades allow for faster project completion, with higher flow rates and multiple workers.
The XPs-hf sprayers also help reduce maintenance costs. Instead of curing mixed A and B
material through a single-leg pump design, the system keeps A and B materials separate,
increasing the pump’s lifespan and lowering the cost of packings, pump rods, pump cylinders, and parts. Since the material does not chemically react in the pumps, it reduces wear and tear and extends pump life. The United States stocks and supplies all parts, so users can minimize downtime if they need a replacement.
On-demand mixing of components ensures more consistent material quality. Instead of relying on manual mixing, which often leads to mismeasurements and guesswork, the system precisely controls mixtures. The warmed components mix and apply consistently because the material remains fresh as it is sprayed, unlike pre-mixed batches that start reacting and approach their pot life in a container.
With higher pressure ratings and the ability to move the mixing point to a remote manifold, the system handles highly viscous materials through long hose lengths. Workers can access hard-to-reach areas while maintaining consistent flows and pressures. Large projects, such as petroleum tanks, piping, and railcars, can be coated swiftly and with consistent quality, with multiple workers applying precisely controlled mixtures.
The hoppers hold up to 25 gallons of coating components, reducing how often workers stop to add components. Operators can adjust mix ratios by swapping out one or two pump lowers to achieve standard ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1.
The XPs-hf systems also offer several environmental benefits. In Saudi Arabia, two major oil and gas giants are now looking forward to coating systems that bring minimal damage to the environment. A solvent pump plumbed into the system aids in clean-up operations at the end of the day and minimizes waste. This pump enables the removal of mixed material directly from the hose at the mixing point, located downstream of the machine, eliminating the need to flush out the hoppers if the system is set to resume operation the next day or after a break. With manually mixed systems, significant material waste can occur when mixed material is discarded at the end of the workday.
Less clean-up solvent is required, along with the reduced volume of flushed mixture, which reduces the amount of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released into the atmosphere. Reduced solvent requirements also reduce cost of contractors.
Considering key benefits such as labor savings, maintenance reduction, quality improvements, and environment factors, the XPs-hf sprayers set a new standard for applying superior protective coatings.
AEMCO always plays a crucial role in bringing these crucial technologies to the Saudi coating market. We try to educate our customers by giving articles, YouTube videos, hands on demonstrations, technical consultations etc.
